A few personal notes from PeakHR's Cohort 1 Kickoff today: 😍 Holy shit, this group is gonna be awesome. Our 60+ students are connecting in Circle and making friends, finding their people, and already building community. Our CEO Morgan Williams told the group today that the 8 weeks are going to fly by, encouraging them to make connections and engage authentically with each other, and boy are they showing up! 💕 ⛰ Folks who know me know that I fucking loooove a theme. We don't often think about there being a relationship between nature and corporate life, but I find it refreshing to think about the way we show up for our work lives in connection to how we show up for ourselves personally and in connection to the Earth. And I am so thrilled at the way our mountain-inspired theme has continued to provide a meaningful point of reference, inspiring camaraderie and the idea of reaching new heights together -- plus, our partnership with Campfire is weaving in the warmth and cozy privacy of gathering together under the stars. 🔥 💪 PeakHR is about more than just HR education. It's about embracing the personal and communal transformation that happens when a group comes together with the right combination of intentionality and skill. We are providing the next generation of HR leaders with the kind of access and community that it took most of us decades to build: to quote our COO Catalina Colman, "I want to kick open the door for everybody behind me." 🚪 Together, we can change our field for the better.
